Explication sur le Yin et le Yang.

Le Yin

Il représente l’obscur, ce qu’on ne voit pas. Il est creux et c’est lui qui reçoit la vie. Le Yin est obscur, froid. Il est l’énergie de passivité féconde, il donne la vie c’est pourquoi on dit qu’il est le symbole de la féminité.
Une personne qui est plus Yin que Yang est quelqu’un d’introvertie, de calme et de plutôt timide. C’est une personne qui n’aime pas se mettre en avant et qui n’aime pas vraiment le changement. C’est une personne qui préfère la chaleur du foyer. Physiquement se seront des personnes plutôt bien portantes.

Le Yang

Le Yang est l’opposé du Yin et c’est lui qui le complète.  Le Yang représente le lumineux, ce qui est dur et rapide.  Il est actif et manifeste toute l’énergie accumulée. Le Yang est toujours en action, en mouvement. Le Yang est masculin et il est l’étincelle de vie.
Si vous êtes Yang, vous êtes quelqu’un de plus extravertie, nerveux et qui aime se faire voir. Vous aimez être mis en avant et vous mettre en avant. Vous aimez l’aventure et les défis et la routine est la chose qui vous ennui le plus au monde. Pour vous la maison est un endroit ou on se repose après avoir passé une longue journée épuisante. Coté physique les Yang sont des gens mince vu qu’ils sont toujours en action ils éliminent ce qu’ils mangent.

Le Yin et le Yang.

Tout le monde a déjà entendu parler du Yin et du Yang mais il faudrait quand même savoir ce que c’est.  On a tous à l’esprit ces deux espèces de virgules, une blanche avec un point noir et  une noire avec un point blanc, qui s’emboîtent l’une dans l’autre pour ne former plus qu’un. Si l’on trouve un point blanc dans la partie noire ou un point noir dans la partie blanche, ce n’est en aucun cas le fruit du hasard. Au contraire, cela est censé montrer que tout élément mâle a une partie femelle et que tout élément femelle a une partie mâle.  Le Yin et le Yang sont partout autour de nous et sont présents dans chacune de nos actions, le Yin complète le Yang et vice versa.  Les termes de Yin et de Yang ont été créés par les anciens Chinois pour décrire la bipolarité qu’ils pouvaient  voir en observant la nature. Ainsi on ne peut imaginer le Yin sans le Yang et bien entendu on ne peut pas imaginer non plus le Yang sans le Yin.  Je vais vous donner un exemple qui montre ce que je suis en train de vous dire. Si je vous parle de la nuit, on pensera au jour. En effet, comment peut-on imaginer la nuit sans le jour ? La nuit (Yin) complète le jour (Yang).

Yin ou Yang ?

Il faut savoir que nous ne sommes pas uniquement Yin ou uniquement Yang. En nous ces deux forces existent et cohabitent. On a tous une part Yin et une part Yang qui est plus ou moins importante. Le Yin symbolise la partie féminine de chacun, l’inconscient, la nuit. Le Yang symbolise la partie masculine, le conscient, le jour. Entre le Yin et le Yang il y a une très petite partie de gris qui nous montre que l’on ne peut atteindre le Yin ou le Yang complètement. On cherche à l’atteindre mais il est impossible à atteindre. Les signes du zodiac chinois sont plus ou moins Yin ou Yang :  

•Sont à dominante Yin le Buffle, le Lapin, le Serpent, la Chèvre, le Coq et le Cochon. Ce sont des gens organisé et qui ont un sens pratique développé. Ce sont des gens au caractère changeant et qui dépend de l’humeur du jour.  

•Sont à dominante Yang le Rat, le Tigre, le Dragon, le Cheval, le Singe et le Chien. Ce sont des gens impulsifs et spontanés. Ce sont des gens qui ne se laissent pas influencer par ce qui les entoure.

Yin or Yang?
